In this game you literally bat the ball through the air. By doing so, you can immediately score 3, 5 or 10 runs at a time. As the ball hits the playfield, you can earn Single, Double or Triple score. This is indicated by a lit player on the backglass. It is also possible to get an "Out". As long as you don't get three Outs, you just play on.
You can earn extra Homeruns by batting the ball into the highest target. Batting a ball into "Over The Fence", scores 10-30 runs in the first inning, 20-40 runs in the second inning and 30-50 runs in the third inning. As the ball hits "Pennant", you even score 100 points.
At three Outs, it is your opponents turn. After he gets three Outs, the first inning is over. After three innings, the game has come to an end.
